HCWCID 109 Residents: Due to emergency repairs, residents may experience low or no water service. The District Operator, Inframark, is implementing immediate repairs and will update this page as new information is provided

As a reminder, the water services provided to your home are managed by Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 109 (HC WCID 109), not the City of Houston.

The Board of Directors of Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 109 (HCWCID 109), in conjunction with the District Operator, Environmental Development Partners (EDP), has authorized a test of the Resident Notification System for all enrolled participants.
