The Board of Directors of Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 109 (HCWCID 109), in conjunction with the District Operator, Environmental Development Partners (EDP), has authorized a test of the Resident Notification System for all enrolled participants.
This system will be used to communicate water service impacts and system status to HCWCID 109 residents when required to do so by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ), as well as other pertinent District information, as needed.
If you would like to receive these notifications to a different or additional mobile numbers, please make sure to fill out the registration form on the resident notification system landing page. There is no cost for enrollment, and we encourage multiple numbers to be registered per home.
